Thanks for reaching out.  I have recently returned from ~20 years living in the Atlanta area which is the reason for my absence in the BERU/CC.   But now, having reestablished myself on Vancouver Island, I’ve been looking forward to the upcoming CC and trying to best my 1984 Junior Rose Bowl award.   

No word from a regional organizer but I’ll be glad to spread the word.  There is a new local club here on Vancouver Island “Island HF” which has been promoting contesting amongst the membership.  If you don’t mind, I will forward your e-mail to the VE7 contest community and see if we can encourage participation here in Western Canada.
