Can you please update the rules to https://www.rsgbcc.org/hf/rules/2022/rcwc.shtml . The rules in the existing BERU.txt point to an old file.

Also there has been clarification in the rules about the segment 3500-3510Khz, which is not a rule but suggested guidance, as that segment is preferred for intercontental QSOs but not exclusively for that.
