Sorry I am not sure who to direct this to but on behalf of the Quake Contesters team I’d like to thank the organisers for the Commonwealth Medal award. It was totally unexpected and the boys were quite chuffed! We have a lot of fun in the BERU and especially enjoy the team aspect.
We are looking forward to 2017.

Mike,
Trophies are presented at the RSGB Convention in October. Trophies are not sent outside the UK for cost and avoidance of damage in transit reasons.
The formal write up will appear in RadCom in July or August.

Hi Mike
Your name and call will be engraved on any trophies you win. Trophies are presented to winners at the Convention in October. If a winner collects a trophy then the winner is responsible for the safe keeping for the year and for the trophy’s return so it can be engraved for the next holder.
If winners are not present at the trophy presentations then the trophy is stored by the RSGB. In any case trophies are not allowed to be taken outside the UK.
The Commonwealth Medal is a special case as it is retained by the winners each year.
