The new AFRICA-DX all band all mode 24 hour contest overlaps with BERU
The objective of this all mode contest is to stimulate contesting from Africa. All participating stations worldwide may work any country during the contest period, QSO’s with amateurs from Africa is encouraged as reflected in the higher points being awarded in the scoring mechanism.
We can only hope that it stimulates some more CW activity from Commonwealth African countries and that it doesnt result in lots of QRM for BERU contestants from African countries.
Oh goodie a 2nd contest on the same bands and dates (and SSB as well as CW). This will be fun.
